The spaces of Pálffy Manor are accessible also for guests with mobility impairments, please inform us in advance.
To fully enjoy the gastronomic experience, it is necessary to allocate time, therefore we kindly ask you to arrive on time. In case of your delayed arrival, please inform us promptly. THANK YOU.
The tasting dinner is not suitable for children under 12 years.
Requests for vegetarian menus must be reported at least 48 hours in advance.
We apologize, but to preserve the complete experience of the tasting menu, food allergies cannot be accommodated.
DRESS CODE
In case of visiting our restaurants, we kindly ask you to adhere to appropriate attire – a “smart casual” dress code: for ladies we recommend dresses, long trousers, blouse/top, elegant shoes; for gentlemen we recommend long trousers, shirt/sweater, elegant shoes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel the reservation free of charge at least 11 days before the booked date. In case of cancellation within 10 days up to 24 hours before the tasting dinner date, a fee of 50% of the price of all booked services will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the tasting dinner date, a fee of 100% of the price of all booked services will be charged.
