A native of Lučenec, after more than ten years in Switzerland, he brought home precision, discipline, and a passion for gastronomy. At ORIGIN restaurant, he created a concept based on local ingredients, a zero-waste philosophy, and modern techniques, all while respecting tradition.
The recipient of the title Discovery of the Year 2024 (Gurmán), the Chef of Tomorrow 2025 (Gault & Millau) award, three Gault & Millau 2025 chef’s hats, and two Falstaff 2025 golden forks has become synonymous with uncompromising quality and daring creativity.
