Together with the team of the fine dining restaurant ARTE, we are returning after a brief creative hiatus with a new summer menu. We are once again captivating guests with the ingenuity of our dishes and other novelties.

We have subjected the concept itself to the most significant change. The choice of an 8 or 11-course menu has now been replaced by a single 10-course tasting menu. The dishes are built upon typical summer produce, such as seasonal vegetables and fruits. The quality of the experiential gastronomy is underpinned by the quality of the ingredients themselves. Once again, most of them come from our own farm on the Farná estate in the Nitra region. “A novelty among the Amuse Bouche is the Piroh filled with smoked eel and a variation of chive flowers from Farná. One of the opening dishes is served on dried flowers,” introduces our Head Chef Jirka Zajíček. “Langoš also belongs to summer, and you will find it with us, albeit in a less traditional form. Ours is served with sour cream and salad, accompanied by a cucumber ragout, inspired by the classic cucumber salad. The kind we know from our grandmothers,” Jirka continues. In the thoughtfully and creatively composed menu, you will find both meatless and meat dishes, and you can also choose a vegetarian option. For a perfect gastronomic experience, we recommend complementing the tasting dinner with wine pairing from VIAJUR or with a selection of fruit and vegetable juices. The option without pairing remains available.

A novelty,
which has enriched the gastronomic experience, are the additional options that you can purchase directly during dinner. For dishes, this includes caviar, for beverages, the wine pairing from our own VIAJUR winery is complemented by a selection from world wineries.
ARTE Restaurant remains open for all lovers of experiential gastronomy from Thursday to Sunday. However, you can now start your culinary adventure at three different times: 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, or 8:00 PM.

Fine Dining
at Kaštieľ Pálffy appeals to all senses, with the beautiful surroundings of the Renaissance manor and the picturesque wine region of the Small Carpathians as an added value. Experience the charm of exceptional gastronomy at the restaurant in Svätý Jur firsthand.
