Open Day at Kaštieľ Pálffy
We cordially invite you to the Open Day for prospective dual education students, which will take place on February 7, 2024, at Kaštieľ Pálffy from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This event is an excellent opportunity for children and their parents to familiarize themselves with the possibilities of dual education, practical training, and subsequent employment at our establishment.
Program
will be held in the Small Hall, where various stations will be prepared for children to experience the world of gastronomy firsthand:
- Workshop: Carrying a ping-pong ball on a plate, table setting, cutlery knowledge, drink mixology, and lemonade preparation.
- Hostinec Palatín Restaurant Kitchen: Canape preparation and finishing, blind tasting.
- Patisserie: Decorating and glazing cakes.
- ARTE Fine Dining Restaurant Kitchen: Nitrogen ice cream production.
- ARTE Fine Dining Restaurant Service: Blind non-alcoholic tasting – flavors and aromas.
Manor Tours
Tours will be conducted in groups of a maximum of 10 people. The tour will include the halls, the historic staircase, lounges, the kitchen at Hostinec Palatín Restaurant, and the Pálffy Brauerei brewery.
Further Information
A coffee break will be prepared for guests in the intermediate hall.
Interested individuals will have the opportunity to consult directly with our manor’s HR department regarding dual education possibilities.
