Pálffy Brauerei Brewery (PaB) returns to this tradition and continues it by brewing several types of craft beer. The Pálffy family was always loyal to the Habsburg rulers, and their house is characterised by the motto Pro rege et patria – For king and country. This motto has also become part of our brewery’s logo, because we brew our beer for everyone—and it is worthy even of a royal table.

All beers produced by Pálffy Brauerei (PaB) are made using an honest craft method—from quality malts, hops, and yeast, without added preservatives or various additives; they are unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Taste our live craft beers with distinctive names that draw on the history of the Pálffy Manor House—Jozefova desinka for refreshment (10%), Lotrinského stylish weizen (12%), Na cisára pána Franca Jozefa (12%), Terkin dark sip (13%), Rudy’s flirtatious IPA (15%), or the beer special Sissin rozmar (11%). The first special is grape-based, because it is precisely grapes that connect the brewery with the ViaJur winery brand, which is also based at Kaštieľ Pálffy. You can also look forward to a cherry special, and in winter, a Christmas special.
